- Lose 7-10 pounds to get back to my pre-wedding weight so hopefully I will be able to wear some of those cute bikinis I bought this summer
- Start my diet with a 15 day kick-start plan
- Kick ass in the duathalon I signed up for at the end of May
- Actually be able to maintain a healthy diet for an extended amount of time :) I will do this by tracking food through MyFitnessPal and using my FitBit to also track activity and make sure that I get at least 10,000 steps a day!

It's a diet reset....that I'm already struggling with :) It's a 15 day plan with the first 5 days 3 smoothies for meals with 2 healthy snacks then the next 5 days 2 smoothies and 1 meal with 2 healthy snacks and the last 5 days 1 smoothie and 2 healthy meals with 2 snacks. So far I'm struggling with the consistency of some of the smoothies...he suggests to keep apple skins on which was gross and I have a hard time with blueberries and seeds from strawberries and raspberries....so I'm not sure how this will work :) Tonight I'm supposed to have one with spinach so I'm sure that will be amazing....and it's also family dinner night so that just adds another layer of complicated....we'll see how it goes! At least there were good snack ideas that I will post later and getting in the habit of eating every couple of hours.....I just feel like diets might not be for me and I should just focus on healthy choices :)
