Week 1.5 Progress Not Going So Well

Hi Ladies! 

So my progress has not been great so far :(  I did not start off well the first week and when I don't start off well I have a hard time getting back on track and not just waiting until Monday to start fresh!

This week has been equally as difficult because of too many nights at school until 7pm and a book club I hosted at my house that resulted in my eating pizza for breakfast and baklava and cake pops for dinner since I had leftovers today!  I am concerned about the weekend with wine riot, Ellie here, and day Pete has planned for me.

Next week will be pretty rough with our birthdays to so I think my goal will be to make it more to the gym and not gain too much before I leave for Belize.

I did work on my push ups last week so that was a positive!

  1. It stinks when work interferes with your progress. You did keep up with your push ups goal though so that is definitely a positive!

    Have you thought about using myfitnesspal? I find it really helps to curb my "naughty" eating when I know I have to enter it into my daily log. Just a thought. Ash and I are using it so it will help to see another person's progress on that as well.

  2. I hear ya I have been trying to be good.....had a few salads and was even snacking on apples and grapes and then I got a cold late last week which is still lingering and slowing down my workouts and dieting....I'll hit the scale tomorrow to see what the damage is!

    Keep up the good work!! The good news is we still have a long way until July so there is lots more time to improve!! That's what I'm counting on at least. And somehow I am know signed up for 2 5K's and a duathalon so I'm hoping that helps too.
